Blue Moon with Hart Expert Diana Sheehan + Hammerstein Museum

20251 hr 40 minR

We have partnered with our friends from the Oscar Hammerstein Museum and Education Center to welcome Lorenz Hart Expert Diana Sheehan to the theater to introduce the 7pm screening of Blue Moon on Tuesday October 28th. She will also lead a post-screening talk back after the film.

Richard Linklater and Ethan Hawke team up for the first time in ten years for this biographical telling of Lorenz Hart, as he reflects on himself during the opening night of Oklahoma! — written by his former partner Richard Rodgers alongside Doylestown local Oscar Hammerstein. Hart struggles with his alcoholism and mental health, all while dealing with seeing Rodgers and Hammerstein's latest play become a smash hit. BLUE MOON boasts a stellar supporting cast which includes Margaret Qualley, Andrew Scott, and Bobby Cannavale.
